Along with your attending physician, you’ll be assessed and monitored by our specially designated board-certified physician and nurse practitioner, which helps reduce your chance of being rehospitalized. Plus, our experienced team of registered nurses, specially trained therapists and licensed social workers all work together to give you the customized care you need to reach your highest level of functioning.
